ICAI Atlanta is a volunteer-led, Georgia-registered nonprofit dedicated to accounting and finance professionals residing in Georgia. Founded in 2025, our chapter exists to foster meaningful professional connections, advance continuous learning, and build a community where professionals can grow - both in their careers and in their contributions to the broader profession.

This form takes about 10 minutes. Use the Save button anytime to return later. Once submitted, your application will be reviewed within 5 business days and you will receive an email with next steps including fee payment link.

Please read each section carefully and confirm your understanding before proceeding. Your membership supports the chapter's ability to deliver meaningful events and opportunities, many of which are offered free or at a discount to members.

Mission of ICAI Atlanta

ICAI Atlanta is a non-profit organization established in June 2025 and registered with State of Georgia.

This is managed by volunteers (Board / committee members) with the primary objective of providing networking and professional development opportunities to Chartered Accountants from India, who are currently living in Atlanta Metroplex and its surrounding regions in Georgia in USA.

As a member, you can expect:

  • Invitations to professional development programs, workshops, and events - many offered free or at a member discount
  • A voice in the chapter's direction - voting members may attend the Annual General Meeting, participate in surveys, and shape future programming
  • The opportunity to lead - members may lead subcommittees and eligible members may join the Board to contribute towards the Chapter's vision

Voting members are also eligible to join the Board based on the process set in the by-laws and even lead the Atlanta chapter eventually with new ideas and vision.

Paid Members also get a chance to review the financial report during the Annual General Meeting and can give recommendations about different events & activities.

I understand that my membership will be confirmed subject to the review of my application by the ICAI Atlanta membership team.

I understand that I can withdraw my consent for data sharing at any time by notifying the Member Services Subcommittee/ Board in writing, though this may limit my access to certain chapter communications.

I grant ICAI Atlanta permission to use my likeness in photographs or videos taken during chapter events for promotional purposes, including the chapter website, newsletter, and social media.

I confirm that, to the extent I am a member of ICAI India or any other professional body, I am in good standing with such body (or have disclosed my current status). I agree to conduct myself in accordance with the professional and ethical standards applicable to me and to uphold the values and code of conduct of ICAI Atlanta Chapter.

I voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to illness or injury while attending in-person chapter events and agree to hold ICAI Atlanta and its volunteers harmless from any liability arising from my participation.

I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to provide updates to the Chapter regarding changes in my contact information, employment, or professional title.

I understand the eligibility criteria for voting and non-voting members. I also acknowledge that membership fees will not be refunded if I leave the chapter or its communication groups before the year ends.
